A lot has been going on since last post. Finally retired and now going to school. Been an interesting year to say the least. Te brewing have vastly improved and cooking has hit new adventures with a lot more to come. 

I will post more and pics and even some recipes. Lesrned some great things I can't wait to share.

It's been 25yrs since I graduated high school. Damn we get old fast. Well since injadnt been to any of the other gatherings I'm going to this one.  Watch the site for this quick trip to central Texas. I'll be in my old stomping grounds looking for old ans new places!
